Typical small business: $500-$2,000/month depending on goals. – **Premium tools** (if you want advanced analytics platforms) We include standard tools. Enterprise-level tools are optional add-ons. – **Large-scale projects** (like e-commerce sites or custom app development) We can handle these as separate quoted projects. **Everything else—strategy, design, SEO, content, communication—is included. No surprise charges. Ever.**

NOTE: 85% of our current clients do NOT require nor use paid search. My job as your new marketing director is to generate new leads and sales by using the least amount of your budget as possible.

We accept monthly payments via credit card or ACH bank transfer through our secure Stripe portal.

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Life happens. If you need to pause for a month or two (seasonal business, budget constraints, etc.), just let me know. We’ll work it out.

Absolutely. Start with Essentials and upgrade to Growth when you’re ready. Or scale back if needed. Flexibility is part of our model.

Many clients come to us while still under contract with Thryv, Vivial, or Hibu. We can start planning your strategy now and launch when your contract ends. If you have been with these companies for 12 months or longer, you are probably on a month to month, automatically. Or if you’re willing to break the contract and pay the exit fee, we can start immediately.

I accept clients from any of the 50 states. Currently I have clients from Alaska to New York to Florida.

Every business is different, but most clients see measurable improvements within 90 days—better Google rankings, more website traffic, increased leads. I’ll set expectations clearly during our first discovery session.
